Choker with quartz and ceramic painted pure gold and 24k gold leaf

Rosary necklace, in 925 silver plated with 18k gold, with ceramic with brush-applied pure gold and 24kt gold leaf and barrel-shaped rock crystal hand-painted with 24kt gold.

The pure gold and the 24k gold leaf, applied by hand on the ceramic with these two different techniques, together give my jewel a modern and refined interpretation. Even the central rock crystal, in the shape of a barrel, is hand painted with pure gold and brought to the oven at a temperature of over 700°C, of ​​an exceptional quality to resist such high temperatures. My application technique allows the fire to melt it impeccably on the gem. The complex phases of making my jewels are interspersed with three different and specific firings, the first reaches a temperature of 980°, where the dry clay becomes "biscuit", porous and ready to host the enamel; the second, therefore of vitrification, reaches 1280°. The third, at a lower temperature is used for the application of the lustre. Unique piece, entirely handmade in my studio, and in compliance with the tradition of Italian manufacturing.
