24k gold painted pearl and quartz stud earrings

925 silver pendant earrings plated with 18k gold with freshwater pearls mounted in a degradé style , and rock crystal hand painted with pure gold using my gem golding technique.

When designing these earrings I was thinking of the wonderful jewels worn by Daisy in "The Great Gatsby". Imagine the scene from the film of the glamorous party par excellence at the Plaza Hotel in New York.

The quartz reflection of my earrings are like from the movie, a clear reference to the wonderful Art Deco jewels.

Unique piece and entirely handmade in Italy.
